*** + Brand Marketing campaigns generate awareness and engagement for our product ( *** + and its content) within the core audience.
You will be responsible for the marketing tactics and successful implementation of the marketing plans for the brand campaigns of *** + in the Benelux, with focus in The Netherlands, making sure the branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
From managing the briefing. execution to reporting, you will take care of the full trajectory for each brand campaign, eventually translating the marketing plans into creative and actionable campaign plans. You will work closely and pro-actively together with internal and external business stakeholders, to understand the wider scope of the business and its objectives. You will undertake detailed analysis of campaign outcomes and the performance to understand challenges and opportunities and proposes new approaches to maximize the effectiveness of future campaigns.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager Brand & Franchise Benelux and assists in the execution of the overall brand marketing strategy. You will also get the chance to support in Content Marketing campaigns for *** + and integrated marketing opportunities.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Managing and implementing brand marketing campaigns for the Benelux market
- To brief, assess and challenge the *** agency, realizing the strongest possible paid campaign
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Supporting the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to maintain brand identity
- Supporting brand experiences and activations
- Pro-actively aligning internal and external business stakeholders
The Experience We Require From You:
- Proven experience in marketing, project management, or similar role
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), French is a plus
- Ideally around 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on executing brand marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Broadcasting, Communications, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with creative concepts, events and various channel partners to drive awareness and distribution metrics
- Good knowledge of the Dutch *** landscape
- Experience in working with a *** agency
- Passion for the film, television and entertainment industry
- Creative flair and knowledge of *** brand and IP
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- The ability to work tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice in an international environment
- Strong organizational skills with very strong attention to details and co-ordinating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
