In this role, you will:

Leverage your expertise in Statistics, Causal Inference, Machine Learning, and research design to analyze quantitative survey data in conjunction with behavioral data to develop comprehensive insights.
Partner with Researchers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to develop comprehensive analysis plans and generate high-quality quantitative research across the globe.
Consult on research plans e.g. surveys, MaxDiff, Conjoint, A/B tests (tangential space to CI), and analysis plans e.g. experimentation or causal inference modeling, key drivers analysis (usually outsourced to vendors), etc.
Develop a strong understanding of various business areas including Content, Brand, Product, Ads, Games and more to connect dots and effectively address primary business questions with attitudinal metric development.
Work collaboratively and iteratively throughout the research lifecycle to support survey design, deployment, analysis, and interpretation.
Consult with Legal and Privacy Engineering teams to ensure best practices in the collection, storage, retention and use of data collected across consumer surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies.

To be successful in this role, you have:

Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field or relevant industry experience.
Strong statistical knowledge and intuition - ideally utilized in experimentation, market, consumer, or social research settings.
Strong partnership skills and ability to plan, execute and independently drive projects forward.
Ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly and concisely among audiences at various levels.
Expert quantitative analysis, programming, and data manipulation skills using SQL, R and/or Python, and version control (Github, Stash).
Experience building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with job scheduling systems is a plus.
Experience in building causal inference solutions is a plus.
Experience working with 3rd party APIs for data ingestion is a plus.

Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) is responsible for implementing the technical operating plans for Rides & Attractions in the Technical Services Department. The Assistant Manager will generally operate with a broader oversight of attractions and is typically focused on labor utilization and coordination.

The Assistant Manager provides technical guidance for attractions under his or her area of responsibility, including Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Mechanical Systems, Ride Control, and Show Control Systems.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and assigns technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain all equipment and venue technical processes. Ensures Ride and Attraction readiness to open on time.
Ensures all Ride & Attraction equipment is maintained in accordance with USH Policies, practices and standards.
Conducts regularly scheduled shift meetings with the Technicians:
- Direct and confirm work assignments & emphasis to address issues.
- Review and communicate safety requirements and practices. Ensure training assignments are completed.
- Share relevant business, guest, and employee news.
- Recognize positive behaviors
- Give timely and constructive feedback to improve performance
Provides technical guidance and mentoring as required to Ride & Attraction Technicians within the day-to-day maintenance activities in the field. Builds strong team cohesion and motivation within the Technical Services Team.

Advises, coordinates, and is accountable to the Senior Manager, Rides & Attractions, Director of Rides & Attractions and Director of Engineering regarding the status and engineering quality of Ride & Attraction systems including areas of risk or potential future risks.
Confirms appropriate labor levels with Managers & Sr. Managers. Addresses unplanned overtime & meal penalties.
Ensures that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships.
Plans and implements action plans for the department's future success including training programs, workforce planning, and rewards and recognition program.
Ensures employees understand and follow all company policies and procedures. Observes employee conduct and communicates to the Managers/Sr. Managers both positive and negative behaviors.

Qualifications

Assist tech support team with customer escalations

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree from a leading Technical University: Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline

Familiar with Cloud concept and technology
Experience with Linux/Unix environments

What We Expect

The Live Ser *** Product Manager is primarily responsible for our live ser *** games; they will analyze and report on game & event performance, from high-level KPIs to deep dives into specific strategies. About the role

Our team is searching for a Live Streaming Software Engineer to join the Live Streaming Pipeline team, assisting in developing and supervising our signal acquisition and audio/video/text processing workflows. Responsibilities
