The Core Products / Index team within *** 's Legal & Compliance Department works closely with our business and sales partners to advise on, draft and negotiate contracts for our professional services worldwide. Our colleagues depend on us for our deep product and commercial contract knowledge in order to support them in closing the deal, while protecting our businesses from undue legal risk.

We are seeking a commercial licensing lawyer who will have responsibility for, among other things, developing, drafting, and negotiating customer and partner agreements for a range of transactions focusing on the *** Indices business line. *** Indices Services Limited, a subsidiary of *** , administers, calculates and licenses indices with a global footprint, including the *** Global Aggregate Bond Index family, one of the most widely used fixed-income index families in the world. You will provide licensing, technology and commercial legal ad *** and counsel to internal clients. You'll need to have:

Research, design, prototype, implement, test, document and support statistical/machine-learning and econometric liquidity risk models
Support the integration and release of quant code into production systems in association with our Model Validation and Engineering partners
Day-to-day production support

Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, optimizing, and testing Machine Learning algorithms (Deep Neural Networks) and data-analysis pipelines
Demonstrable knowledge of probability theory, stochastic processes, and statistical estimation
Experience in Python and software engineering. This includes code design, implementation, testing and production release as well as working knowledge of common data science libraries

• Responsible for gathering information on newsworthy events.
